PHB Capital & Trust Limited offers Registrar services to numerous clients in the Capital market. Our goal is to provide prompt and efficient service to our shareholders, companies and eliminate or reduce to the barest minimum, areas of complaint/disaffection usually experienced by Shareholders.

The Registrar’s department of PHB Capital & Trust is fully automated with robust Information Technology network and our software has the capability of handling large data and capturing full identification of the shareholders, including CSCS account numbers, e-Dividend, e-Bonus and e-lodgment.
Our Registrar functions include participating in Public and Rights offers where the following services are rendered:

 

	Attendance at all Parties and Completion Board Meetings;
	Providing data to Issuing houses and Companies
	Produce requisite reports for preparation of allotment proposals to SEC and other
	relevant authorities by the Issuing House to the offer;
	On approval of the offer by the SEC, we will ensure timely preparation and
	dispatch of return monies as well as share certificates to successful applicants
	All other activities necessary to achieve your objectives as may be directed or
	deemed necessary.
Other services include:
	Maintaining and updating company registers/share capital account balances on
	new issues, rights issues, preference shares and debentures stocks
	Preparation of share and debenture certificates
	Processing/payment of Dividend and Interest
	Payment of withholding Tax
	Other ancillary duties
